The Master of Arts (MA) and the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Film & Media Studies both specialize in theory and analysis of film and media. However, students must also complete courses in film and video production. The Master's degree is a two-year studies and research-based program, while the PhD takes four years to complete.
