This is our 7th or 8th visit to Barclay. It is our number one, favorite steak restaurant in Philadelphia. This past visit, we had our largest party, with a table for 10 adults. Two of our friends, were eating at Barclay for the first time. Unfortunately, 3 of us had steaks that were overcooked.
