Not sure about the relic world from the remnants origin, i remember it being significantly weaker with just one low-ranking rare feature. Relic worlds don't appear in random systems. Any that you find are from special solar systems that are set to spawn with a relic world. How strong is she? : ( I got lucky and Earlier in the years (2223) got The Grand Herald Titan. The blockers you do want to remove, they're blocking the unique features. The debate is if you want to transform them back into ecumenopoli or not, as that removes the unique features. Removing blockers only has the downside of cost.
